A scent from childhood that you cannot shake off? Philosopher Peter Szendy names this phenomenon as an «earworm», which comes from the German Ohrwurm and acts similar to a virus, it latches onto us and feeds on our memory.
Play List is a series of 30 songs that pay tribute to those themes that are part of our vital soundtrack.Taking as a starting point the work I did on the façade of the Casa Encendida in Madrid, in which I resorted to the nautical alphabet to compose an abstract work with “letter” flags using a kind of encrypted code with which to talk about my symbolic relationship with the sea, and play with the universal and abstract character of the flags.Each flag is a letter with which to compose a phrase or graphic composition that will give name to each one of the works or titles of the songs in this series.
